From December 20 to 21, 2024, our company ushered in the annual audit of ISO 9001 quality management system. The audit was personally guided and supervised by Mr. Zhou, a senior audit expert sent by the authoritative certification body, and the company's leaders at all levels and heads of departments cooperated with each other fully and attached great importance to it, which jointly guaranteed the smooth progress of the audit work.

During the two-day audit, Mr. Zhou, the audit teacher, adhering to the rigorous, meticulous and fair attitude, went into each department of our company and made a comprehensive assessment of the operation of our quality management system through talks with the management, inspection of documents and records, on-site observation and interviews with the staff and other forms.

The audit covered the key aspects of the company's quality management, including document management, process control, customer satisfaction management, internal audit and management review, and implementation of continuous improvement measures. At the same time, Mr. Zhou paid special attention to the achievement of quality objectives and the improvement effect during the system operation. Through the audit, many aspects of our quality management system (leadership attention and full participation, standardized and orderly document management, effective continuous improvement, customer satisfaction, problems found in the audit and suggestions for improvement) were highly evaluated.

The successful completion of this ISO 9001 annual audit is not only a full affirmation of the effectiveness of our quality management system, but also a solid foundation for our company in the future management optimization and market competition. Through in-depth exchanges with the audit experts, we have further clarified the direction of improvement and accumulated valuable experience.
